36 months in implementing accessibility features utilizing W3C Accessibility standards (WCAG)
24 months experience in Front-End Programming
18 months experience designing low code application front-ends
6 months experience in design and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint sites
6 months experience creating low code solutions in Microsoft Power Platform
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an NASAD accredited Graphic Design Program
Day to Day Tasks
Design intuitive user interfaces for web applications that meet accessibility and healthcare usability standards
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform human-centered design decisions
Create help documentation, user guides, and training materials for diverse technical literacy levels
Develop infographics and data visualizations that communicate complex healthcare information clearly
Establish and maintain design systems and style guides for enterprise consistency
Collaborate with development teams using agile methodologies to ensure designs align with technical feasibility and MVP delivery timelines
Support digital transformation initiatives by creating visual assets for stakeholder communications and change management
