What You’ll Do
Quote and bind Florida homeowners + auto with pace
Work warm inbound homeowners leads (steady flow)
Build your own follow-up pipeline to keep your close rate strong
Move fast through carriers using QQ Catalyst, EZLynx, QuoteRush
Handle basic underwriting questions + eligibility checks
Own the client experience from first call to binding
Keep clean tracking of production and retention metrics
Must-Haves
Active 2-20 or 20-44 Florida P&C license
Recent Florida homeowners experience (HO3/DP1/DP3)
Proven sales production — you know how to close
Comfortable working onsite in Port St. Lucie
Nice-to-Have
Citizens experience (eligibility, quoting, or binding)
Non-standard auto
Spanish
Coaching/mentorship background
(Citizens is teachable — strong HO producers get up to speed quickly.)
