Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)
who know how to turn opportunities into booked revenue—without cold calling.
In this role, you’ll work warm homeowner leads, re‑engage unsold estimates, and play a key role in maximizing close rates across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. With structured systems, clear expectations, and leadership support, you’ll have everything you need to win—while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
Position Highlights
$40,000–$50,000 base salary
1% commission on installed sales directly influenced by your follow‑up
Clear performance metrics and consistent earning opportunities
What You’ll Do
Follow up on unsold HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical estimates
Conduct Happy Calls to confirm customer satisfaction before sales conversations
Re‑engage homeowners, answer questions, and overcome objections
Schedule approved work and coordinate with internal teams
Accurately document all activity in ServiceTitan
Maintain consistent, professional communication aligned with Elevate’s brand
Participate in coaching, training, and performance reviews
Daily Responsibilities
Pull and prioritize unsold estimates in ServiceTitan
Complete 100% of required Happy Calls
Execute high‑impact sales follow‑up calls
Retry missed calls and follow up on aged estimates
Update estimate statuses and submit daily activity summaries
Escalate customer concerns when service expectations are not met
Performance Expectations
35–45 call attempts per day
2+ hours of daily talk time
100% Happy Call completion on prior‑day visits
15–20% close rate on re‑engaged estimates
Strong attention to documentation and follow‑through
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000
Commission: 1% of total installed sales directly attributed to ISR follow‑up
Commission eligibility requires proper CRM documentation
Paid according to company payroll and commission schedule
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
Customer‑first mindset with sales confidence
Ability to handle objections and create urgency through value
High attention to detail and organization
Experience with ServiceTitan or CRM systems (preferred)
Sales, call center, or home services experience is a plus
