Job Summary
Product Support Sales Representative – Orland Park, IL (Full-time)
Our Construction Equipment Group is looking for a driven Sales Representative to sell OEM and aftermarket parts and services throughout the assigned territory. Expected compensation ranges between $60,000–$100,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Generate OEM and aftermarket parts sales in the assigned territory.
Make cold calls to equipment owners and build relationships.
Drive growth and expand sales in assigned areas.
Incorporate Alta’s Guiding Principles into daily activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree and 4–6 years of sales experience.
Strong negotiation, selling, and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant manufacturing software.
Intermediate reading and writing ability; intermediate math skills.
High reasoning ability.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
Regularly sit; frequently stand, walk, climb; occasionally use hands and reach.
No special vision requirements.
Lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
Work near moving mechanical parts; exposed to fumes, chemicals, and outdoor conditions.
