The Inside Sales Specialist utilizesutilize Chapter’s sales system to achieve assigned sales targets, overcome objections and differentiate Chapter as the market leader; and delight potential guests with an exceptional service experience. The Inside Sales Specialist will foster and nurture positive relationships with potential guests, conduct regular lead management activities, and achieve targeted lead-to-consult conversion ratio.

The Inside Sales Specialist will maintain an elevated level of industry knowledge and department processes. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to showcase and role-model best-in-class guest service, decision quality, collaboration, and adaptability as Chapter continues to grow. This position is fully remote.
