Estimator / Inside Sales
role.

Position Summary The Estimator / Inside livest Representative will be responsible for reviewing construction documents, preparing accurate bids and proposals, and supporting customers through the sales and ordering process. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, manufacturers, and internal teams, ensuring projects and orders are handled accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Estimating & Project Support
Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to prepare accurate estimates and proposals
Develop proposals based on material and equipment requirements
Coordinate and manage project documentation
Review estimates and project requirements with internal teams
Collaborate with multiple departments to support ongoing projects
Inside Sales & Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
Process customer orders via phone and email
Quote pricing, confirm specifications, and enter sales data accurately
Check stock availability and shipping timelines
Coordinate with manufacturers to source products and resolve order issues
Support the outside sales team by preparing quotes and sourcing materials
Relationship Management & General Duties
Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
Communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand needs and provide solutions
Manage customer service responsibilities for assigned accounts
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Support general business operations as needed and perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer-focused mindset with strong sales and service abilities
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, estimating, or construction-related roles preferred
Technical aptitude with proficiency in software such as Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with AutoCAD or design software is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Quick learner, adaptable to new software and manufacturer ordering systems
