What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, shining your drive and passion for helping people.
Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Operate in a fast‑paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving tech and the ways we meet customers’ needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching needed to meet and exceed goals.
Compensation : Earn between $19.46 – $22.46 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Overachieving those goals earns top sellers up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise and education/training.
