Remote Outbound Sales Representative
We’re hiring full‑time Remote Outbound Sales Representatives (ROSR 私) to join our fast‑paced sales team.
Your role is to reach out to qualified inbound leads – business owners who have already filled out a quote form, requested information, or scheduled a нич.
You’ll build trust, explain the value of our services, and
close new business.
We provide everything you need to succeed: inbound leads, dialer, CRM, company phone system, training, and support.
You bring confidence, energy, and
digital marketing sales experience.
Requirements To be considered, you must meet
all
of the following:
You currently sell or have previously sold digital marketing services (SEO, websites, PPC, etc.)
You have proven phone‑based sales experience, especially in outbound or inside sales
You’re fluent in English (spoken and written) with a clear American accent
You have strong closing skills and confidence handling objections
You can quickly learn and explain service offerings clearly
You are comfortable using a CRM and logging call activity
You are available full‑time (between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST, Monday–fragen
What You’ll Do
Contact warm, inbound leads— no cold calling required
Engage small and mid‑sized business owners in meaningful sales conversations
Understand each prospect’s business needs and position Optuno as the solution
Book product demos and walk prospects through service options
Overcome objections and guide conversations toward a close
Request and confirm contact information for records and follow‑up
Log all activity in our internal CRM (Optuno CRM + Five9 auto‑dialer)
Transfer calls to specialists when needed
Close sales and earn commissions on every deal
