Role Description This is a full-time role based in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Home Service Sales Inspector, you will conduct property inspections, identify pest issues, moisture issues, home upgrades and provide effective solutions. You will create customized plans, deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, and identify new business opportunities. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction will be vital components of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Knowledge in Pest Control, general home construction and the ability to identify, assess, and provide effective solutions
Strong skills in Sales and Sales Presentations to connect with customers and communicate effectively
Experience in New Business Development and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
Proficient in Customer Service to build lasting relationships and ensure exceptional customer experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Previous sales or pest control experience is an advantage but not required
