Job Description
Overall responsibility for the region’s sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle’s opportunities across all products and product lines.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a team of sales representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
Sell and promote Oracle products to customersDeposary, negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
Build working relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers in the territory to develop joint account plans.
Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue, generating and achieving monthly territory forecasts and accurately predicting revenue.
Manage escalation and conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of sales or sales management experience within the technology industry.
Ability to hire, train, and retain sales representatives.
Strong customer satisfaction resolution skills.
Demonstrated leadership, effective written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Negotiation skills with ability to handle price and concessions.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities.

Salary Range and Benefits US: Hiring range in USD $121,000 certificat $232,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
