A growing retirement plan advisory and wealth management firm is looking to add a new business team member to be a cornerstone of their organization. This company has a plan to triple their retirement business over the next few years and is looking to put in place various lucrative incentives for the right hire. This position will be focusing on direct to business regional retirement plan advisory sales. This person should have a great network of intermediaries within the industry in order to push the new business agenda forward.
Requirements
2+ years of retirement plan advisory sales experience Salt Lake City regional network Ideally, someone who comes from a benefits brokerage firm or wealth management organization Past track record of direct to business retirement plan sales FINRA Series 65 or 66 Compensation
Base:
$60,000 to $80,000 Incentive compensation:
25%-75% of revenue generated Total Compensation First Year:
