Join Hunter Auto Group Team as Our Next BDC Sales Agent!
Are you energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by helping people find solutions that fit their needs? Hunter Auto Group is looking for a full-time, on-site BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent to join our growing dealership team. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales—and enjoy working with people we want to hear from you! Automotive experience is a plus, but not required; we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings strong communication skills, drive, and a positive attitude.
As our BDC Sales Agent, you’ll play a critical role in connecting with customers, building relationships, setting appointments, and supporting our showroom sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to showroom visit.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails
Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs
Communicate clearly about vehicle availability, features, and next steps
Schedule and confirm sales appointments with the showroom team
Maintain consistent follow-up to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Stay knowledgeable on dealership inventory and current automotive market trends
Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels
What We’re Looking For
Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar environments encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Confident, professional, and friendly phone presence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
Internet sales, automotive BDC, or sales experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
