Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join a highly regarded supplier of CNC machines and capital equipment.
Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new sales opportunities across Wisconsin while strengthening relationships with current clients to grow territory presence and increase CNC machine tool sales.
Manage and support a team of 5 Sales Engineers, assisting with customer visits and conducting regular meetings to support them with targets and goals.
Attend tradeshows and events to promote new CNC machines and precision manufacturing solutions.
Oversee customer engagements from initial discussions through completion, including training and demonstrations, while managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system.
Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Requirements:
Prior experience selling CNC machines, cutting tools, capital equipment, workholding or similar within the precision manufacturing sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field is advantageous although not a requirement.
Willing to travel to meet customers when required.
Must reside in Wisconsin or be willing to relocate to Wisconsin.
