We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at our 2,139-unit apartment community in Hurst. Our ideal candidate will assist the manager in effectively managing the assigned property. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received. Requirements
At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work one weekend per month.
