Overview of the Role

The Retail Sales Representative will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Full‑time role providing service to retailers in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas (within a 25‑mile radius). Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation: $18 hourly. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must. Must carry reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance. Order and display products from new shipments onto store shelves. Conduct audits and merchandising at area grocery stores. Drive to various retail locations and verify accurate product representation on shelves. Report findings and data to management through the downloaded app. Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores. Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines. Perform physical activities: frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds. Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team. Attend client kick‑off video calls. Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers. Monitor sales volume and inventory levels. Present and create awareness with store management about approved corporate deals. Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders. Support promotional activities by negotiating and building displays to ensure product availability. Rotate products and assist with new item cut‑ins. Ensure compliance with approved schematic layout and planogram. Take pictures of products, displays, and competitive sets. Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed. Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed. Perform additional activities requested by company management. What You Should Bring to the Table

High School Diploma or GED. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance. Strong communication skills. Ability to travel to stores in the assigned territory for retail tasks and audits. Benefits
