The

Account Executive

will sell customized Managed IT and Telecom solutions to business clients, including network security, managed Wi-Fi, Office 365 software, anti-virus, and disaster recovery and backup. The

Account Executive

is accountable for meeting or exceeding sales goals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service for new and existing accounts. Promote and sell AMA's Managed IT and Telecom products. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Prospect and generate new sales opportunities. Develop and maintain strategic accounts. Generate proposals and presentations for potential customers. Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions. Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contract terms with clients. Ensure product pricing aligns with company standards. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Update and maintain customer records in CRM and sales tracking tools. Qualifications

Three years of outside sales experience. Experience in Managed IT or Telecom sales preferred. Proficient using Windows-based software applications. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license and driving record within company standards. Preferred Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Consultative selling experience in Managed IT or Telecom. Understanding of IT compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Bi-lingual/Español.
