Position Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and guiding clients through the full sales process from initial inquiry to production handoff. This role collaborates with designers to ensure accurate needs assessments, clear communication, and high‑quality proposal development. The position also supports team growth through mentoring and training, maintains accurate LMN data, and participates in ongoing professional development and team meetings. Salary

This position is a base salary plus commission structure. Responsibilities

Provide professional mentoring, training, and coaching to sales/design team as directed by Sales Director or supervisor Generate sales leads by leveraging opportunities including B2B ground and personal network. Any additional new intake leads– equaling an estimated 10% of total assigned leads. Develop commercial and residential new business including with builders, HOA & other entities Establish relationship with customer leads and refine initial needs assessment Initiate meeting with designer(s) and ensure clear communication of customer needs assessment Review and validate design proposal estimate and reconcile to customer needs assessments Confirm relevant LMN data is current and accurate including To Do’s and job status Manage customer relationship from lead to Production hand off Coordinate with designer to create, schedule, and present customer design presentation Build out proposals for design projects Validate LMN data entered by designer Conduct follow-up with designer based on approved design proposal timeline Complete professional development as identified and/or assigned Participate in meetings as required Experience and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Business, Construction Management or similar experience 5+ years of industry sales experience with high growth sales Provide evidence of $1.5-2MM+ sales goals in organization (preferred) LMN estimating experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license with

Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred) Physical Requirements

Lifting, pulling, &/or pushing 25 pounds Sitting, Standing, climbing &/or walking 8 hours or more per day Navigate diverse terrains Work in all seasons & climate conditions See within the normal visual range with or without correction Hear within the normal audio range with or without correction
