Winchester Equipment Co. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operation within the Greater Richmond and Virginia Beach area. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Analyze sales data to forecast trends and identify new markets
Assign territories and set quotas
Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
Resolve customer and operational issues promptly
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Travel extensively within the region
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiently in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel and lift up to 75 lbs
Valid driver's license with a clean record
