The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving event sales and managing the logistics of various events. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for event planning and sales, along with excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event requirements.
Coordinate and oversee all logistical aspects of events from inception to execution.
Prepare and manage budgets, and ensure events are delivered within budget.
Research and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and services.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales presentations.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
