The Role As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Orthomerica, you will play a key role in executing and supporting digital content initiatives across social media, email, web, and paid channels. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will work as an individual contributor and collaborate with the integrated marketing, sales, and product team, as well as external social media freelancers and vendors to create, plan, and write content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This role focuses on content execution, SEO optimization, performance tracking, and maintaining organized campaign timelines to support both short-term initiatives and long-term marketing strategies.

At Orthomerica, you will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, adaptability, and data-informed decision-making are essential. This is a hands‑on role with real impact, where your work will directly influence how healthcare professionals, clinicians, and parents engage with our brand across digital platforms. Through consistent content execution, performance analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration, you will help strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and support the delivery of meaningful, compliant, and high‑quality marketing experiences.

Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Execution

Create, plan, and write digital content in collaboration with social media freelancers for Meta and TikTok campaigns.

Manage and execute organic content for Orthomerica’s LinkedIn page, including post creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Coordinate and plan direction for Starband on Reddit and online community forums, such as Facebook groups

Support content and campaign execution by translating high‑level direction into clear, actionable content and performance.

Ensure all content aligns with established branding, messaging, and visual guidelines.

2. Email Marketing

Write and design email communications targeting customers, healthcare professionals, and prospects.

Adapt messaging and tone for different audience segments while maintaining brand consistency.

3. SEO & Content Optimization

Optimize content for search engine visibility (SEO) across paid ads, blogs, LLMs, websites, and social media.

Apply best practices for keywords, metadata, and content structure to improve reach and performance.

4. Campaign Coordination & Calendar Management

Maintain the integrated marketing team’s calendar, tracking ongoing and upcoming campaigns and content initiatives.

Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Support campaign planning in collaboration with the integrated marketing team, sales, and product managers.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools across social media, email, website, and paid channels.

Prepare regular and monthly reports, including:

Social media performance

Website traffic (organic, AI‑driven, and paid)

Parent/community engagement

Competitor activity and benchmarking

Use performance insights to recommend content optimizations, messaging adjustments and campaign improvements to the Marketing Comms Manager.

6. Continuous Improvement & Trend Monitoring

Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry developments.

Contribute ideas for new content and campaign approaches to increase engagement and reach.

You Might be a Great Fit If You

Have 2–5 years of experience in digital and/or content marketing.

Have experience creating and managing digital content in the tech, healthcare, or (agency) industry.

Understand and can implement brand cohesiveness, consistency, and voice across platforms.

Are familiar with B2B and B2B2C content conversion dynamics.

Have experience working with CRMs/CMS and Microsoft/Google tools

Can manage multiple projects and initiatives and meet deadlines.

Bring a positive attitude, strong critical‑thinking skills, and a willingness to learn.

Are a good listener who takes feedback and applies it thoughtfully.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree with at least 2 years’ experience.

Background in marketing with an agency and/or in‑house marketing department.

Case studies or portfolio of past work experience, upon resume submission.

Must reside in Central Florida and commute M‑F to the Orlando HQ office.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience in:

Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

CapCut and/or short‑form video editing for Reels and TikTok

SEO tools such as Semrush

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

CRM platforms such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce

Google Analytics or other web performance and traffic tracking tools

Formstack, Jotform, etc

Project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com

Meta Business Suite

Content Management System (CMS) tools
