Digital Marketing Manager – Netherlands .
In this role, you will take full ownership of the
go-to-market execution and online marketing.variantship
for
Placetel AI
in the Dutch market.
Your mission:
drive awareness, demand, and growth
through strong digital execution, localized websites, and scalable online marketing initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
Owning and executing the
digital go-to-market strategy
for Placetel AI in Netherlands
Taking responsibility for the
local website
(content, structure, UX, conversion optimization)
Planning, executing, and optimizing
digital marketing campaigns
(paid search, paid social, SEO, email)
Localizing messaging, value propositions, and content for the Dutch market
Driving improvements across the
full digital funnel , from first touch to lead or trial conversion
Analyzing traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
Collaborating closely with central teams (product, UX/UI, performance marketing, analytics) and external agencies
Supporting local product launches, feature rollouts, and GTM initiatives
Ensuring strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
Working data-driven, running tests, and continuously optimizing performance
Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field
3+ years of experience
in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
Strong
marketing allrounder skillset
(website, performance marketing, content, analytics)
Hands‑on mentality with a strong execution focus
Solid understanding of
digital KPIs , conversionќ optimization, and growth funnels
Experience working with CMS systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market
Native‑level proficiency in Dutch
Fluent English
(German is a plus)
Comfortable working in an international, fast‑growing SaaS environment
