2122204## ## Job Description:**The Role**As a Marketing Associate for Alternatives Product Marketing in the Asset Management Solutions Marketing Team, you will support the development of marketing activities that differentiate Fidelity’s alternative investments and specialty solutions
in the marketplace! This is a diverse and fast-paced marketing role that provides the individual an opportunity to collaborate across marketing and with investment professionals in different asset classes.Key responsibilities:* Execute on marketing strategies that drive product narratives into market across Fidelity’s intermediary, retail, and institutional channels. Messaging and content creation includes both written content (presentations, client communications) as well as digital mediums (our website and videos).* Assist with compliance submissions, tracking projects and workflows, posting marketing materials, and client-specific ad-hoc requests* Collaborate with marketing asset class leads on marketing and communications strategy for new product launches* Execute servicing requirements for third party platforms (e.g., data rooms)* Help with content for events program and support event execution as needed**The Expertise and Skills You Bring*** BA/BS degree with a concentration in economics, finance, business, or marketing preferred* Eagerness to learn about asset management, investment products, and alternatives* Excellent writing skills; will learn how to distill technical concepts into simple, compelling messages* Strong interpersonal communication skills* Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to re-prioritize if needed* Working understanding of PowerPoint and Excel**The Team****Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.**The base salary range for this position is $60,000-115,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
