Overview
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join BISSELL’s Upright Vacuums team. This role provides hands‑on experience in product marketing, process optimization, and strategic analysis. The intern will learn BISSELL’s vacuum category and assist on key projects that drive innovation and efficiency. The program will run from May 18th - August 7th. Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Learn BISSELL’s upright vacuum category and support projects as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and execute recommendations. Key Projects & Responsibilities
Vacuum Accessory Tool Analysis
Review current accessory tool assortment. Create an updated catalog of tools. Recommend portfolio rationalization and identify white space opportunities. Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
Content Optimization
Analyze current Upright Vacuum A+ content and video assets. Recommend improvements and identify opportunities for enhanced consumer engagement.
AI Process Streamlining
Evaluate current operating processes. Recommend ways AI can improve efficiency. Test and optimize AI-driven recommendations throughout the internship.

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027. 3.0 GPA or greater preferred. Ability to start internship on Monday May 18th, 2026. Ability to work a full-time schedule throughout program, within BISSELL’s standard office hours. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Familiarity with digital content and emerging technologies (AI experience is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
