Job Description As the Retail Sales Recruiting Support Specialist, you support the VP of Retail Sales and Advisory Recruiting teams with projects and tasks related to advisor and Financial Center recruiting. Your responsibilities include event planning and production; assisting with training and mentoring new employees on the recruiting team; managing LinkedIn marketing and prospecting campaigns; coordinating the prospective Financial Centers/Financial Advisors information form for each call/meeting with Partner Development Rep (PDR); managing all prospective seminars/webinars; managing the RIMS system for recruiting; preparing meeting event agendas; coordinating with Partner Development Reps on recruiting materials; understanding the commission payout system; coordinating host Home Office visits for recruits with PDRs; managing the recruit database and weekly dashboard reports; providing feedback on company sales literature; assisting in implementing the master recruiting plan for 40+ FCs nationwide; coordinating meetings between Marketing, Transitions, and Recruiting; strategic scheduling and prioritization; vendor administration; program development; prospect strategy support; technology training maintenance; analyzing prospecting trends using Salesforce/Redtail; onboarding and transitioning all new Advisors; managing pipelines and sales calendars/tasks; creating and maintaining CRM sales reports; creating sales ideas and content; analyzing advisor Broker Check to determine compliance viability; attending and maintaining agenda for Advisory Council meetings; and reviewing and presenting process contracts and legal documents for Financial Centers.

Skills Required
2+ years of experience with a financial services firm.
Background as an event planner, recruiter, project manager, office manager, or executive assistant.
Familiarity with sales.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Skills Preferred
BA degree.
Knowledge of database management systems such as Salesforce or FINTRX.
Willingness to obtain SIE Series 6 or 7.
