This position’s primary responsibility is to supply administrative support to the inside sales department that sells new equipment and parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide excellent customer experience

Builds and maintains customer relationships

Handle inbound phone parts requests and convert them into sales

Processes new parts quote requests via email

Enters customer data into CRM

Actively follows up with customers on open proposals

Write up and process new sales orders

Update customers on order status

Works with outside sales team to provide new equipment proposals as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, or 5 years equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of an industrial background is preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Proficient with Adobe Acrobat products.

Ability to logically problem solve.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills, processes and good follow through skills.

Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication is required.

Ability to pass a drug test and participate in a drug‑free workplace.
