Sales Consultant/Business Development Manager

Shift/Hours: MonFri: 8 AM5 PM Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 ($45k base, with a lucrative bonus and incentive plan) Location: Springboro, Ohio 45066 Experience: 2+ years in sales and at least 1yr of outside business-to-business selling experience. The Sales Consultant is responsible for marketing and selling the company's full line of software solutions and document management products within a designated marketplace. This role focuses on driving revenue through both new business development and the management of existing accounts. Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Proactively generate new business through outside territory visits and in-office cold calling to secure appointments. Most of the activity will be outside, direct sales. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with new and existing customers while communicating the industry value of the company and its portfolio of services. Sales Strategy: Create and execute detailed daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas. Technical Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations, both on-site and in-house, tailored to qualified customers. Administrative Excellence: Utilize CRM tools and Excel to manage territories, track prospects, and provide monthly sales forecasting and lease reports. Qualifications

Experience: At least one year of outside (B2B) sales experience is required. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, a comparable record of sales experience will be considered. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong negotiation and customer service abilities. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to learning all facets of software and hardware solutions. Logistics: Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and have the ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory. (Dayton Area) Benefits
