Sales Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales assistant to join our team in the hospitality industry on a contract basis. This role involves supporting sales operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and assisting in achieving sales goals. The position is based in New York, New York, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow. Assist in managing client inquiries, both inbound and outbound, to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare sales reports and presentations to support decision-making processes. Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Monitor sales targets and track progress to ensure goals are met. Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations. Support marketing efforts to drive lead generation and sales opportunities. Handle other sales-related tasks as needed to ensure team success. Requirements: Proven experience in inside, direct, inbound, or outbound sales. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
