Job Description / Responsibilities Bio Role builds brands by utilizing consumer and category trends to educate customers and maximize sales. The MDR is the main contact for assigned customers and will lead in‑store selling, and execution for off and on‑premise accounts. MDR is responsible for achieving growth targets, growing market share, and space‑to‑sales targets for Sazerac brands.

Responsibilities

Use the FYI skill assessment process to develop and improve core competencies for the MDR role. Prioritize a PDS plan, create tangible action steps, and track progress.

Drive results and achieve volume objectives for the Brand Country State Priorities and assigned brands within the territory. Use KPI’s to ensure execution standards are met, and monitor results through KPI tracking and company systems.

Plan and implement programs that deliver distribution objectives, merchandising objectives, display objectives, and retail promotional objectives. Develop mutually valuable relationships with assigned customers, Sock… aim.

Qualifications / Requirements Must

Ability and willingness to work non‑traditional hours (nights/weekends)

Willingness to travel

Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

B erfolger Degree in Business or commensurate_SER experience

Relevant experience (minimum)

Preferred

On‑ and Off‑Premise sales experience

Market development and sales analysis experience

Strong self‑management ability and manage schedule to achieve results

Ability to develop customer relationships

Physical

A valid driver's license

Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Standing for an extended period of time

Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 35 pounds without assistance

Ascend or descend stairs

Ability to drive and visit multiple accounts in one day

Strong communication skills

Salary USD $64,000.00 / Yr. – USD $82,000.00 / Yr.
