Requirements
Interpret job specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervisory duties.
Study schedules and estimate labor requirements for job completion.
Maximize job cost to meet or beat project overall estimates.
Monitor labor status and productivity.
Manage crew production to ensure job schedule deadlines.
Communicate effectively with all team members.
Complete job documentation such as incidents, timesheets, daily reports, purchase orders, toolbox talks, time and material sheets, change order forms, and other project‑related documents promptly.
Comply with all safety guidelines and CES policies and procedures.
Review project schedules and forecast labor requirements through job completion.
Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities
Five (5) years of commercial piping experience directing installation, repair, and equipment use of a related system.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of the proper use of safety equipment.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to climb and balance on ladders; stand or sit for long periods; no fear of heights.
Ability to pass regular drug testing, be open to background checks, and have a clean driving record.
Journeyman license preferred but not required.
Valid Florida driver’s license.
