Responsibilities
Conduct complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support district and initiative KPIs, utilizing data science languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
Perform quality assurance testing on large‑scale data sets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for decision‑making and reporting.
Develop and maintain automated data processing workflows and reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual data handling errors.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and departments to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into analytical solutions.
Support the development and reporting of key district KPIs in conjunction with the Manager, other team members, and district leadership.
Create clear, accurate, and accessible data visualizations and reports that communicate complex findings to diverse audiences including administrators, educators, and stakeholders.
Assist in project coordination by tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely completion of analytical components.
Conduct quantitative analysis on diverse data sources across multiple functional areas to support evidence‑based decision making.
Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, statistics, mathematics, data science, social sciences, or related field.
Three (3) years of related experience in data analysis or performance measurement, or a combination totaling seven (7) years when paired with a bachelor’s degree.
Experience with statistical software (R preferred).
Large dataset management and data quality assurance skills (required).
Experience in educational settings or public sector (preferred).
Master’s degree in education, statistics, data science, data analytics, or related field (preferred).
Proof of education, training, and/or experience is required.
Degree Equivalency Formula
Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree = 2 years plus required years of experience.
Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
