Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their financial protection needs
Provide customized life insurance solutions based on client goals
Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects
Follow up with leads using CRM tools and automated systems
Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members
Participate in coaching, training, and leadership development sessions
Optionally: mentor new agents as you advance into leadership roles
Uphold ethical, client-first practices in all interactions
Leadership Fast-Track Responsibilities
Lead and train a team of new agents
Run virtual team meetings or training sessions
Coach new representatives on sales techniques and system best practices
Help shape a culture of professionalism, growth, and service
Qualifications (No experience is required — training is provided.)
Ability to obtain a state life insurance license (we provide guidance)
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable internet connection for virtual meetings
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Leadership interest or experience a strong plus
Sales, customer service, or call experience helpful but not required
