Marketing Specialist – Demand Generation Join ThreatLocker, a leader in zero‑trust endpoint protection technologies. This role focuses on building and executing multi‑channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, consideration and conversion for our cybersecurity solutions.

Position Overview As a self‑starter and detail‑oriented marketing specialist, you will develop, test, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and direct buys. You will also manage media relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create compelling ad copy and assets.

Job Scope

Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns (search, social, programmatic, direct buy).

Analyze targeting and performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, pipeline contribution) to optimize spend.

Collaborate with content and design for ad copy and visuals.

Understand each ad platform’s functionality.

Identify direct media buy opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely asset delivery.

Oversee purchase order creation and approval for media buys.

Adjust bids and budgets based on A/B test findings and campaign analytics.

Track and report campaign data, telling data stories and supporting ABM initiatives.

Work with SEO, Apoaratic and creative teams to maintain consistent messaging.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of paid media experience (B2B preferred).

Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk (proficiency in at least a few).

Organized, self‑starter, and detail oriented, with a curious mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Working Conditions

Office environment, devoir duties that require standing, walking, talking and lifting up to 25 lbs.
