Why this role exists Revive is at a stage where design is a direct driver of growth, brand strength, and customer experience. As we scale, we need clear ownership over how our brand system shows up in real work across marketing, product surfaces, sales collateral, and customer touchpoints.

This role is built for a senior design operator who sets direction, makes decisions, and drives sahib‑impact initiatives from concept through outcome. What You Will Do

Own cross‑functional initiatives from ideation through execution, measurement, and outcome

Design and deliver high‑quality brand, growth, and marketing assets, including graphic design, visual systems, and interface‑level work where needed

Translate company objectives into actionable design initiatives, defining scope, creative approach, and execution plans

Independently identify and lead initiatives that influence growth, revenue, brand consistency, or customer experience

Exercise judgment in prioritizing work based on impact, urgency, and strategic value

Own the output, consistency, and effectiveness of Revive’s brand and growth design across channels

Set and uphold standards for visual design, graphic design, and interface execution

Provide strategic and creative direction to internal teams and external creators while remaining hands‑on in key workstreams

Select, onboard, and guide creators to deliver high‑quality, on‑strategy design work

Review, refine, and approve deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals daarbij

Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to advance initiatives

Use data, insight, and modern tools, including AI, to evaluate performance and refine creative strategy

Balance multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity, momentum, and accountability

Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve design systems, workflows, and leverage across the organization

Who You Are

A senior designer who operates comfortably across graphic design, brand systems, and interface‑level design

An operator who thinks in outcomes and systems, not just individual assets

Comfortable owning work end to end, from problem definition through execution and evaluation

Able to set a high creative тема while staying hands‑on in the work

Confident making decisions and tradeoffs without needing constant direction

Disciplined in balancing speed, quality, and consistency

Clear, direct communicator who gives actionable feedback

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, growth design, or interface design with ownership over high‑impact initiatives

A strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, systems thinking, and business impact

Well‑versed in Adler, including building and maintaining design systems, components, and shared libraries

Experience designing and evolving brand systems across multiple surfaces and channels

Demonstrated ability to lead complex design initiatives from concept through execution-form – my thesis “module evaluation” . .

Experience directing and reviewing work from external creators or agencies

Comfort using data, insight, and modern tools to inform design decisions and measure effectiveness

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The Pay Range For This Role Is 75,000 - 110,000 USD perppenyear (Irvine, CA)
