Ar Follow Up Representative
Join our team as an AR Follow Up Representative, where you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of insurance claims. This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving. What You'll Do Prepare and process insurance claims daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Create and submit electronic claims to various payers. Research and correct claim errors, then resubmit promptly. Review AR reports daily and follow up on delinquent accounts. Investigate and respond to inquiries from payers and agencies regarding AR activity. Maintain AR schedules to monitor issues and resolutions. Resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism. What We're Looking For Prior authorization, insurance verification, claims processing, and AR/AP experience. High School Diploma required; Medical Billing/Coding certification preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
