The Proposal Manager is a key leadership position reporting to the Director of Growth and working closely with the firm’s executive team. This role manages a team of technical writers and data entry specialists and collaborates across business development, marketing, and engineering. The Proposal Manager is responsible for preparing high-quality prime proposals that help secure public and private contracts, as well as delivering accurate and timely proposal materials when Resolut serves as a subconsultant. This position owns proposal-related processes, drives continuous improvement, and reports quarterly to the executive team on departmental KPIs and performance outcomes. We celebrate these values, and if this sounds like you, we want you here! EDUCATION/LICENSING REQUIREMENTS A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ora relatedfield isrequired. Graduate degrees are a plus but notrequired. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of experience in abusiness tobusiness (B2B)sales, marketing, projectmanagementor operations role. Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat). Proficiencyusing the Microsoft Office Suite. Experienceutilizingcompany CRMs (Salesforce preferred). Experience managing simultaneous projects with tight deadlines. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication ability. Experience managing others. Experienceoptimizingprocesses with AI and/or experience building AI agents. A good eye for graphic design is a bonus ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Coordinate the process and produce the materials to respond to Requests for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/RFP), interview materials, presentations, and related documents including writing, graphic design, layout, and final product. Read and analyze RFQ/RFP’sto guide the team in providing complete and thorough content; work withprojectteam to gather technical information; edit content for readability, consistency,clarityand compliance with requirements. Maintain and update marketing knowledge library (firm profile, project descriptions, personnel bios, etc.). Update firm- widedatabase, Salesforce, with project and proposal information on an ongoing basis. Work with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members, as needed, to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards. Write, develop, and perform ongoing maintenance ofqualificationsmaterials. Maintain relationships with industryprofessionalsincluding marketing professionals for architectural firms. Providetechnical guidance to other team members on RFP procedures. Maintain a library of RFP documentation and update as needed. Track, analyze, and report proposal performance KPIs, including time to delivery, employee productivity, and win and loss rates; gather andmaintaindata needed to provide clear, data-driven insights to the executive team and support continuous process improvement. 401(k) Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid leave time Parental leave Vision insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participation Work Location: In person (potential to move to hybrid after one year).
