Sales Manager – Bank Partnerships (DACH)

We are expanding across Europe and are looking to hire a Sales Manager with strong knowledge of their local banking market, a solid industry network, and a proven ability to generate new business. Your focus will be on building Gimi’s presence in key regions such as CEE, DACH, Iberia, the UK, and beyond.

This is a unique opportunity where, looking back, you will proudly be able to say that you opened an entirely new market for Gimi – with full support from the team, but as the key driver of the expansion.

Your Responsibilities

Open new markets, lead the way in building Gimi’s presence in your country/region

Prospecting & lead generation. Identify and engage banking partners through networking, referrals and proactive outreach

Relationship management: Develop strong partnerships with new and existing clients, understanding needs and solving pain points

Sales cycle ownership: Drive the process from first contact to closing, supported by our negotiation team

Stay on top of trends, competitors and customer needs in your local banking industry

Represent Gimi at events and conferences, strengthening our presence in your region

Share learnings and support colleagues across markets to accelerate growth

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ sales experience with banks/enterprise accounts in fintech, payments or financial services

Strong network in the banking sector in either Poland, Germany, Southern Europe or France

Fluent in English and your local market language (Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese)

Track record of building long-term, high-value partnerships

Comfortable with travel and hybrid sales (mix of in-person and virtual)

Self-driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in long, complex sales cycles
