Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market sales team in the AMS West region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the mid-market segment, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Mid-Market sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the AMS West region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance and career development.
Qualifications
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
5+ years in sales or 2+ years leading a team, with the ability to act as a catalyst.
A firm understanding of cloud computing, SaaS официating, and software subscription business models.
Business/Sales Development or direct sales management experience in enterprise software sales or equivalent.
Experience with sales force automation and sales engagement tools.
Travel for training or meetings may occasionally be required.
