We’re setting new standards in customer experience and need inside importance closers to help fuel our expansion.
Responsibilities
Work with qualified, confirmed leads provided by the company.
Generate new business through outbound calling and self‑generated leads.
Maintain and update CRM records with follow‑up details.
Close sales for Solar, Battery Storage, Roofing, and HVAC services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of inside solar sales experience (required).
Ability to work at the Santa Fe Springs office on a daily basis.

Strong communication, follow‑ جہ, and closing skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and informieren outbound opportunities.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
