What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan for a high-impact territory, aligned with the employer’s strategic priorities
Lead multifaceted sales cycles involving numerous stakeholders and diverse product lines
Maintain rigorous accuracy in Salesforce opportunity management and forecasting
Establish and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with campus stakeholders
Represent the employer at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology with a preference for complex, long‑cycle sales experience
Proven consultative and solution‑selling skills with mastery of multi‑stakeholder deal cycles (9–18 months)
Strong Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) proficiency
Experience selling into public safety, campus police, or similar environments preferred
Strong ownership mentality; thrives in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience discussing financials and structuring deals
Intense curiosity and willingness to dig into customer challenges
Strong collaborator who knows when to pull in additional resources
Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles with competing priorities
Experience creating order from ambiguity in a rapidly evolving product ecosystem
