Job Description
Sales Executive / Account Manager
on our
Commercial Finance
team. The role involves identifying, developing and capitalizing sales opportunities with business partners in the assigned territory. A knowledge or experience in Inventory Financing/floor planning and familiarity with multiple industry segments are required.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Manage existing partners and develop new business relationships with dealers within a territory to increase business, income and profitability.
Support dealers and vendor partners in their business activities, aiming at maximum exposure to vendor programs.
Identify sales opportunities with dealer organisations and ensure follow‑up of opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and negotiate Commercial Finance Agreements with partners.
Contact existing dealers and prospects to highlight vendor program opportunities and drive new business.
Gather relevant information, analyse business and gain a clear understanding of decision‑making structure.
Negotiate deal structure, terms and conditions and reach agreement.
Involve all relevant functions (risk, finance, legal, etc.) and manage the approval process.
Identify and analyse relevant market trends and developments in the region.
Contribute to the annual business plan based on own market analysis from a business development and sales perspective.

Essentials
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or other related degree.
2‑3 years of applicable experience.
Insight into dealer organisation structure, ability to disseminate information on business financials and credit reporting agency data.
Experience coordinating between and aligning multiple functionalities and parties to structure deals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience interacting with colleagues to bring in new applications and funding.

Applicable Pay Range $90,388.80 – $135,583.20 (eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range).
