What’s a typical day as a Production and Assembly Associate? You’ll be:
Being on your feet, using your hands and hand tools, reading diagrams to assemble braking and drivetrain systems
Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment
Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing considered repair.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development.
