Account Executive, Healthcare It Staffing - Remote
Three to five years of it staffing sales experience - healthcare/it staffing experience preferred. Our client is a one of the fastest growing privately held healthcare it workforce solutions firm focused on selling managed services, non-clinical roles, it roles and it solutions offerings. Headquartered in nashville, they are looking for account executives with healthcare it staffing experience. They're seeking a passionate sales driver to drive new business development and deepen client relationships in the healthcare sector. What you will do: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare network. Promote the service offerings tailored to healthcare or it staffing needs. Collaborate with internal teams to shape custom it solutions. Lead rfi/rfp processes, negotiations, and deal closure. Represent our client at industry events to elevate brand presence and generate leads. Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity targets. What they're looking for: Deep understanding of the healthcare market and staffing needs. Proven ability to close complex deals with healthcare/hospital provider organizations. Skilled in contract negotiation, proposal development, and consultative sales. Strong relationship-builder and communicator at the executive level. Strategic thinker with a track record of growing territory revenue. Required skills: Minimum three years in professional services/business development in the healthcare/it staffing. Crm proficiency and strong financial/business acumen. Required education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field. What you get: Up to $95k base + uncapped commission plan. Full benefits package.
