Business Development Representative (Bdr)

If so, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build the top of the sales funnel for our franchise partners. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients for City Wide's sales teams. Your focus is outbound prospectingconnecting with decision-makers, uncovering needs, and setting high-quality appointments that enable franchise sales executives to focus on discovery, proposals, and closing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured goals, high activity, and measurable resultsand who wants to grow into a more advanced, customer-facing sales role over time. Research and identify businesses in assigned franchise markets that could benefit from City Wide's 20+ services Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (80+ contacts per day) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels Engage decision-makers using defined talk tracks and qualification questions Schedule and confirm qualified sales appointments and ensure a smooth handoff to franchise sales teams Maintain accurate and detailed activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM Partner closely with franchise owners through regular activity calls to align priorities and review progress Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals, including activity levels and qualified appointments Share feedback with sales leadership on messaging effectiveness, objections, and market insights Engaging with a minimum of 80 individuals per day while maintaining call quality standards Generating an average of 20 converted leads per month Maintaining 100% completion and accuracy of required CRM activity and documentation
