Job Details We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst - Admin to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals in an exciting and fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Perform data cleanup, loading, and migration tasks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Manage the integration of Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and other third‑party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Develop and deliver Salesforce training to end users, enhancing their understanding and efficient use of the platform.
Create comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
Manage the execution of email campaigns through Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Use tools such as Jira, DevOps, and Azure to track project progress, manage resources, and automate processes.
Collaborate with different teams to identify system improvements and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance productivity and business performance.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role in the Accounting and Finance industry.
Extensive experience with data cleanup, data loading, and Marketing Cloud integration.
Proven track record of delivering effective training and creating detailed documentation.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, DevOps, and Azure.
Experience with third‑party Salesforce integrations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification is preferred.
A proactive and solution‑oriented approach, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
