Big Picture We are seeking an experienced scripted Senior Producer to support the creative and operational production of episodes for our Main Channel on YouTube. This role partners with the Showrunner to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality scripted content that aligns with our brand’s mission of changing lives through correntaging.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Oversee and lead all aspects of episodes for the Main YouTube Channel, from concept development and writing through post‑production.
CollaborateՄի closely with writers, directors, casting, wardrobe, set design, and production to develop compelling narratives.
Provide creative feedback throughout the production process, ensuring all content aligns with Dhar Mann Studios’ vision and messaging.
Establish and maintain quality control standards across all episodes.
Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and other departments, including casting, post‑production, and social.
Mentor the crews, providing guidance and support.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Monitor trends and analytics to refine YouTube audience growth.
Innovate new creative approaches to drive audience growth and improve production efficiency.
What You Have
Recent experience with a hands‑on understanding of the YouTube and Facebook platforms.
5+ years as a Senior Producer and writer with strong background in YouTube, digital media, and scripted content.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a creative team.
Excellent YouTube‑centric storytelling abilities with a keen eye for compelling narratives.
Ability to chai multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strongура communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for creating content that has a positive impact on audiences.
Familiarity with industry‑specific software and project management tools including Google Workspace and Monday.com.
Ability to respond quickly to messages and manage tasks across chat groups and weekends.
Must be able to commute to the Burbank studios 5 days a week.
