Overview
Customer Account Specialist (Administrative)
Location: Youngsville, NC Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt)
About K-Flex USA: K-Flex USA is a leading manufacturer of elastomeric insulation products, committed to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our Sales team and serve as a key point of contact for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Assist customers via phone, email, and customer portals with a strong sense of urgency
Process orders, pricing requests, literature requests, dealer referrals, and technical inquiries
Confirm order status and provide shipment information
Collaborate with Regional Sales and internal departments to meet customer needs
Process customer complaints, claims, credits, corrective invoices, and RMAs
Participate in company training, including technical and professional development courses
Maintain basic logistical knowledge related to customer orders
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Docs
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
Familiarity with ERP systems (M3 preferred) and EDI systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects up to 10 lbs on a regular basis
