Position Summary The Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager independently serves as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients and is responsible for client satisfaction and strategic planning. The role consistently provides excellent customer service leadership, represents client needs and goals within the organization, and ensures quality.

Primary Responsibilities

Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, review, negotiate, and finalize quotes.

Obtain information from clients, analyze risk, and apply technical expertise to make recommendations.

Determine markets within core carrier strategy.

Create solutions and make recommendations in preparation for the strategy meeting with the Client Advisor.

Create complete carrier submissions and submit baza.

Obtain signed binding and notify carriers.

Review binding documents for accuracy.

Review contracts.

Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.

Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.

Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.

Leverage templates and system‑generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre‑renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc.

Create activities in EPIC and assign them to applicable team members.

Possibly responsable for ordering loss runs, generating proofs and endorsements, and audit review.

Position Specific Skills / Qualifications Work Experience

3+ years’ experience instit Commercial Property & junio e coverages with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.

Professional Licenses / Certifications

Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Essential Skills / Competencies

Functional knowledge of Excel specific to creating,haconia, evaluating formulas and working within templates; skilled in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.

Able to understand new technology platforms quickly.

Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.

Hands‑on personal approach to customer service, maintaining effective relationships with clients, co‑workers, and colleagues تشير.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand‑up/sit‑down adjustable desk. Exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motions typically required daily; walking and standing occasionally required.
