Overview

Lutron is seeking a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Analyst to join the trade operations team at our Annex office location in Center Valley, PA. In this role, you will oversee the FTZ activities and ensure full compliance with government regulations and internal trade policies. Reporting to the Trade Compliance Manager, the role focuses on optimizing shipment admission and withdrawal from our warehouse and maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Oversee all admissions, transfers, removals, recordkeeping, manipulations, manufacturing, destruction, physical and procedural security, and conditions of storage in the zone as required by law and regulations Conduct weekly onsite audits, cycle counts to ensure accuracy of FTZ inventory and maintain goods-related SAP data Respond to audits or documentation requests from authorities (e.g., US Customs and Border Protection (CBP)) Collaborate with Trade Compliance Manager to develop and implement procedures to increase operational efficiency within the trade zone Utilize excellent time management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple shipments, manage inventory, meet deadlines, and resolve any operational and shipment issues that may arise in a timely manner Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities Ensure that all paperwork such as shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs forms are correctly filled out and stored, including archiving and securing all trade compliance documentation for easy access and full traceability (Examples: CF 7501, E214, supporting entry paperwork, etc) Coordinate closely with planners, shipping, carriers and brokers for timely movements of bonded goods Collaborate with Security team to ensure appropriate measures to protect against theft or damage to goods Embody Lutron’s values—integrity, innovation, customer focus, and commitment to excellence Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain operations and/or warehousing in roles such as Logistics Coordinator, Shipping Leader, or Supply Chain Analyst required; knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance while dealing with foreign trade operations preferred Hands‑on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP platforms required Lutron Electronics’ position as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions has enabled consistent, annual growth.
