Labeling Graphic Designer
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day labeling and graphic design activities while contributing to project teams under general direction from the reporting manager or a designated senior team member. The Labeling Graphic Designer will participate in meetings, help maintain project schedules, and provide regular updates to leadership. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely creation and publication of labeling documentation for site-relevant products.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the labeling graphic designer for daily operational activities and assigned project teams.
Create, review, revise, approve, and publish labeling and documentation for site-specific products.
Participate in project and team meetings; track milestones and maintain project schedules.
Provide status updates and communicate progress to the Supervisor or designated senior team members.
Assist in coordinating and maintaining corporate documentation and labeling standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
0–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Working knowledge of industry best practices related to documentation and labeling.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Adobe Creative Suite
(preferred but not required).
