This role helps shape the marketing behind some of Texas’ most loved restaurant brands across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Salary Range:
$50,000–$70,000
What You’ll Do
Partner with the VP of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions that drive guest traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
Manage the annual and promotional marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent execution across all channels.
Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and support data-informed decisions.
Digital Marketing, Online Ordering & Guest Communications
Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, website content, and online advertising.
Own online ordering marketing initiatives and optimize digital guest engagement.
Manage third‑party delivery partner accounts, including promotions, menu accuracy, merchandising, reporting, and performance optimization.
Operations Support & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to support menu launches, LTOs, and special events across multiple restaurant concepts.
Create marketing and training materials to support in‑store execution and internal communication.
Write creative briefs; coordinate asset development (photo, video, print, digital); provide feedback; and proof all materials for accuracy and brand consistency.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Cross‑train across marketing functions and provide coverage and support as needed.
Advertising & Performance
Support advertising planning and monitor campaign performance using KPIs and dashboards.
Analyze results to optimize promotions and improve effectiveness across channels, including delivery platforms.
Brand, PR, Vendors & Budget Tracking
Maintain brand standards and consistent messaging across all guest‑facing and internal communications.
Support PR, social, and influencer partnerships and coordinate external vendors (creative, printing, production, etc.).
Track and manage advertising spend across traditional print, digital paid media, influencers, e‑commerce.
Track and manage local store marketing budgets across sponsorships, donations, and community‑driven events.
What We’re Looking For Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
Several years in entry‑to‑mid‑level marketing roles (e.g., Marketing Assistant, Social Media Specialist)
Restaurant, hospitality, or retail marketing experience strongly preferred
Skills & Strengths
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
market research, consumer behavior, data, critical thinking, and project management
Digital Proficiency:
experience supporting digital marketing, email marketing, promotions, and multi‑channel campaign execution
Communication:
strong written, verbal, presentation, and professional email etiquette skills
Creativity & Leadership:
ability to develop fresh campaigns, drive engagement, and manage people/projects
Organization:
highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Additional Requirements
Familiarity with online ordering platforms and third‑party delivery account management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Comfortable working closely with operations teams and supporting store‑level execution
Primarily office‑based / in‑office presence required
Reliable transportation required for ongoing travel throughout the DFW metroplex
Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily within North America, for meetings and site visits
Occasional overnight travel
Physical Requirements
Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
